You can permanently delete your our app account here. You will need access to your registered mobile number to receive a one-time password (OTP).

What gets deleted

• Your name, mobile number and saved delivery address
• All sign-in sessions on every device
• Push-notification subscriptions linked to your number
• Your name on any reviews you posted (the review text stays as “Customer”)

What we keep, and why

• Past order records (items, amounts, dates, payment reference) are kept for tax and accounting, but your name, phone number, address and location are removed from them.

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone. If you have an order that is still in progress, please wait until it is delivered or cancelled.
