What are your delivery timings?
We are open 10:00 AM - 11:00 PM, every day. You can order ASAP or pick an afternoon, evening or night slot.
How long does delivery take?
ASAP orders usually arrive in 30–45 minutes, packed in insulated bags so they reach you frozen.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery is ₹0.
Which areas do you deliver to?

Can I customise my ice cream?
Yes. Pick your size on the product page and add toppings such as choco chips, nuts or chocolate syrup. Use the notes box in the cart for anything else.
Do you take party and function orders?
Yes. Party Packs need one day’s notice — order by 8 PM the day before, or message us on WhatsApp for large orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI and cash on delivery.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. Once an order is out for delivery it cannot be changed.
